Please note that when you make your reservation, Junior Travel will charge your credit card for the amount due for the entire “Hire period” (defined below). By acknowledging this Agreement you also authorise Junior Travel to charge your credit card for any late returns, stolen, broken, lost or non-returned equipment, and for all other amounts payable under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Junior Travel`s website may contain links to other websites that are not owned by Junior Travel. All such links are provided solely as a convenience to you.
After receiving your online booking request we will send you confirmation by email within 48 hours to confirm the availability of your order.
Payment of the full hire cost and delivery fees must be made at the time of placing your order unless agreed otherwise, and by accepting this Agreement you hereby authorize this charge.
Payments are made using our secure payment system. We accept the following valid cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Vpay, Mastercard and Maestro.
Other payment options: For orders placed while you are at your destination (Istria), we accept cash or credit cards.
If you wish to change your order, you are advised to do so as soon as possible because changes are subject to availability.
For rental extensions, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the last hire day. The extension will be subject to availability.
Cancellations and extensions must be submitted in writing to Junior Travel at email@example.com.
We will exchange any item that does not meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness or workmanship.
If you cancel your order up to 4 days (96 hours) before your delivery date, you will be fully refunded. For cancellations within 96 or 48 hours before the delivery date, there is a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery time do not qualify for a refund.

For customers with permanent or usual residence, i.e. registered office outside the Republic of Croatia, paying in a currency other that the Croatian Kuna (HRK), all payments shall be effected in Croatian Kuna (HRK), and the amount your credit card is debited for shall be determined by virtue of conversion of the price from Euro (EUR) into Croatian Kuna (HRK) pursuant to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.
The prices include Value Added Tax.
Standard delivery/collection - to the accommodation during working hours from 9 am till 9 pm is charged 150,00 kuna (20 euro).
Special delivery/collection- to the airport (only if your order includes a car seat) and/or delivery to multiple addresses is charged 225,00 kuna (approx 30 euro).
Bed assembly service is charged 75,00 kuna (approx. 10 euro).
A 75,00 kuna (approx. 10 euro) cleaning fee may be charged if the equipment is not returned in the same condition (excessively soiled or stained).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to reasons beyond our control, including stock unavailability.
Equipment shall be picked up on the first hire day and shall be returned on the last hire day at delivery location (airport or accommodation). It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery and collection address on the dates agreed.
We reserve the right to send an alternative equipment item, other than listed on our website, due to circumstances out of our control. You will get an alternative model that is fit for the purpose of your hire, and if possible, will be notified of this in writing.
You are responsible for checking the equipment right after the delivery to ensure that is undamaged, it fits you and is in good condition. On the delivery day, you will notify us if this is not the case.
You will return the equipment on the last day of your rental in the same condition as received. If not, your credit card may be charged for cleaning costs incurred.
We cannot accept responsibility for any delay or failure on our part to fulfil our obligations where such failure/delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control or by a 3rd party provider.
Deliveries may be limited to specific days and times during the season.
For most of the equipment, manuals are available and will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You are responsible for reading them carefully before using the equipment and for complying with these instructions while using the equipment.
You have full responsibility for the equipment while in your possession. You should take care to use it properly in a safe and sensible manner, according to the manufacturer's manuals.
Junior Travel cannot be held liable for any damage caused to person or property by the rented equipment.
